Maison mitoyenne avec propriétaire, en bordure de la Dordogne, et sur le bord d’une petite route touristique. Séjour avec cheminée, cuisine (réfrigérateur et congélateur, cuisinière à gaz avec four, micro-ondes, lave-linge), 3 chambres (2 lits 2 pl. (1.40m), 2 lits 1 pl. (0.9m)), s. de bains, chauffage électrique, cour, salon de jardin, barbecue, abri pour voiture. Wifi gratuit.

LOISIRS A PROXIMITE :
Piscine et tennis à 2 km, Pêche sur place, Vignoble du Bourgeais / Blayais, Promenade en bordure de la route touristique, Visites des citadelles (Vauban) de Bourg et de Blaye à 15 km, Bordeaux à 35 mn, Plages de l’Atlantique à environ 1h ...

HORS SAISON (Autres dates) : 265 €

Supplément demandé par animal : 2 € par jour.
Caution à verser à l’arrivée : Montant fixé à 250 €
Charges locatives incluses dans votre location : 28 kWh d’électricité par semaine, gaz et eau.
Charges locatives non incluses dans votre location : Facturation d’électricité au delà de 28 kWh par semaine (soit 0.20 € le kWh après relevé du compteur à l’arrivée et au départ).

OPTIONS : Télévision, Lit bébé, Paire de draps (8 € par paire par semaine)
REMARQUES : Les animaux sont acceptés à condition de ne pas les laisser sans leur propriétaire dans le gîte, le gîte doit être laissé dans l’état où vous l’avez trouvé à l’arrivée (dans le cas contraire, une participation financière sera exigée (Forfait de 50 €)).

L’accueil des locataires et la remise des clés seront assurés par Mme et Mr GUERIN ou leur filles le jour de l’arrivée, de 16 h à 20 h.

Party house with proprietary, on the fringe of Dordogne and at the side of a touristic road. Living room with fireplace, kitchen (fridge and freezer, gas cooker with oven, microwaves, washing machine), 3 bedrooms (2 beds 2 pl. (1.40m), 2 beds 1 pl. (0.9m)), bathroom, electric heating, yard, garden furniture, barbecue, car shelter. Free Wifi.

LEISURE NEAR AT HAND : Swimming-pool and tennis courts at 2 km, Fishing on site, Vineyards of Bourgeais / Blayais, Walking on the fringe of the touristic road, Visit of the citadels (Vauban) of Bourg and of Blaye at 15 km, Bordeaux at 35 min, Atlantic beaches at about 1h ...

INFORMATION : Shops in Bourg (2 km) open every day, nearest station at St. André de Cubzac (10 km), bus (Bordeaux - Blaye) stopping point at Camillac (1 km), Airport at Mérignac (35 km), Ferry Médoc - Blaye (15 km).

Booking price list per week for the season 2011

OUT OF SEASON (Other dates) : 265 €

Extra payment requested per pet : 2 € per day.
Deposit to pay at the entrance : Amount of 250 €.
Renting charges included in your booking : 28 kWh of electricity per week, gas and water. Renting charges not included in your booking : Invoicing of electricity over of 28 kWh par week (that’s to say 0.20 € per kWh).

OPTIONS : Television, Baby bed, Pair of sheets (8 € per pair per week)
NOTES : Pets are accepted whether not to leave them without their proprietary in the gîte, the gîte must be left in the way you have found it at your entrance (if it’s not the case, you’ll have to pay a price as per contract of 50 €).

The welcome of the tenants and the handing over of the keys will be assured by Mrs. and Mr. GUERIN or theirs daughters the entrance day, from 16 h to 20 h.
